GameShield is our guarantee that every rental or trade at Gottaplay is protected against loss, damage or theft, subject to the Terms of Use.

For rentals, this includes all video games shipped by a distribution center to a member and for trading, this only includes video games where the member used the pre-paid pre addressed shipping label provided by Gottaplay. Otherwise, the member (sender) is responsible for all lost, stolen or damaged video games and GamePoints are forfeited.
