What about "cookies"?
Gottaplay uses a feature of your Internet web browser called a "cookie" to assign a unique identification to your computer. Cookies are small text files that your web browser places on your computer's hard drive. We use these cookie files to see your clicks as you go through the Gottaplay website, to keep track of items you put into your queue, and to tell us whether you have visited Gamershare previously. It also helps us determine whether you came to Gottaplay from a particular search engine, Internet link or advertisement.

How much personal information can be accessed?
Gottaplay allows you to access certain information (such as your email address, mailing address, credit card information, etc.) about you for the purpose of viewing, and in certain situations, updating that information. This list will change as our website changes.
What about billing?
Upon becoming a registered user of Gottaplay, your credit card will be charged the monthly amount every month until you decide to cancel your membership. From time to time, Gottaplay participates in quarterly internal audits in order to confirm the financial viability of the company. During these audits, if we realize that a member was charged incorrectly or not charged for their service, we reserve the right to charge or reverse charges to their credit card in the amount required. An e-mail notification will be sent out once the credit card has been billed. In addition, any games that have not been returned 10 days after a user has cancelled their account will be charged. The charge will be for $50 per unreturned game.
